THRIVE: Eudaemonia, Your Path to True Fulfillment




Imagine feeling really, really happy and satisfied, like when you play your favorite game or hug someone you love. Eudaemonia is a big word for that super happy and fulfilled feeling. People want to experience it because it's like having a heart full of joy and doing things that makes them feel their very best. This is the heart of EXPLOREMOREUTAH. It is a personal journey as well as a physical exploration. You can take these lessons anywhere you go and find extraordinary in the ordinary. Sometimes we have to go to other places to see different perspectives like these photos I took in Germany (not Utah).


Creating a more fulfilled life by incorporating Eudaemonia, Arete, and Phronesis involves embracing a holistic approach to personal development and well-being:
